Kelly Holder is a chocolatier specializing in fine chocolate creations. She obtained her professional training through Ecole Chocolat, Vancouver, Canada in 2003 and completed masters programs in 2005 and 2006 in Europe, including L'Ecole Du Grand Chocolat Valrhona in France.

She owns and operates Cocoa Cabana, an artisanal chocolate shop in Slidell, along with apprentice chocolatier, Teresa Rudzki. She holds chocolate tasting events to introduce fine chocolate to attendees and to educate and inform on the many health and wellness benefits of fine chocolate.
